Success Story: Raezella

Upon admission, Raezella was having difficulty with balance, transfers, walking and difficulty performing activities of daily living. She also demonstrated weakness in both upper and lower extremities.

Raezella received Physical therapy three times a week for eight weeks. Following her physical therapy treatment, she was ambulating with Modified Independence with use of front wheeled walker in the facility. Her physical therapy focused on trunk strength, as well as increasing the weakness in her quads, lower extremities.

She improved in multiple areas, including:

  • Strength
  • Balance
  • Independence in daily tasks

It truly has been a pleasure to serve Raezella.
